These Terms govern your rights and obligations when using the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Unauthorized access, impersonation, fraudulent registration, or misuse of another person's account is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations.

Service output and availability may depend on third-party model/API providers.

We may update features, UI, pricing, and service configuration for security, compliance, or quality improvements.

Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access to some features.

Paid features may require subscription and/or credit purchases.

Payments are processed through designated payment partners, including Lemon Squeezy.

Credit usage varies by model, resolution, duration, and generation options.

Refund eligibility and process are governed by our Refund Policy.

You may cancel recurring billing through available billing management channels.

You are responsible for the legality of your prompts, uploads, and published outputs.

You must not infringe third-party rights such as copyright, trademark, portrait, or privacy rights.

We may remove or restrict content that violates law, policy, or rights claims.

AI output may include errors and is provided "as is"; final review responsibility remains with the user.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party outages, or user-side faults.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

If there is any conflict between Korean and English versions of legal documents, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
