Subscription Refund

You can request a refund within 7 days of subscription payment.
- Refund Period: Within 7 days from subscription date
- Conditions: Less than 10% of credits used
- Processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method
- Non-refundable: After 7 days or if more than 10% credits used
Credit Top-up Refund
Credits are Non-refundable
Purchased credits cannot be refunded due to their digital nature.
- Additional Credits: Non-refundable once purchased
- Used Credits: Credits already used for AI generation are non-refundable
- Exception: System errors causing incorrect credit deduction can be restored (contact support)
