1. Service Overview

TubeAI Pro is an AI-powered video creation platform that automatically generates professional video content from text input.

  • AI-based script generation and video production
  • Integration with various AI models (image, video, voice generation)

2. Subscription and Payment Policy

Credit-based Pricing

TubeAI operates on a credit-based system (e.g., 500 credits for $5, 2,000 credits for $20, and 10,000 credits for $100).

2.1 Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.

2.2 Credits: Purchased credits are used for video generation and do not expire.

2.3 Refunds: See Article 3 for our refund policy.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and AI generation costs, refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of purchase and zero credits have been used.

4. Membership (Sign-up and Withdrawal)

4.1 Sign-up: Membership is created through Google account authentication. By signing up, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4.2 Member Obligations: Members must not (a) use the service for illegal purposes, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) upload or generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, (d) interfere with the service's operation, or (e) share account credentials with third parties.

4.3 Withdrawal (Account Deletion): Members may withdraw from membership and delete their account at any time by contacting customer support (1:1 inquiry). Upon withdrawal:

• All personal information is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws, except where retention is required by statute.

• Remaining credits and subscription benefits expire immediately and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Generated videos and content may become inaccessible; members should download any desired content before withdrawal.

4.4 Termination by the Company: The company may restrict or terminate membership without notice if a member violates these Terms, applicable laws, or engages in fraudulent activity (including payment fraud or chargeback abuse).

4.5 Effect of Withdrawal: Upon completion of withdrawal, the membership contract is terminated and the member loses all rights granted under these Terms. The company is not liable for any damages arising from the loss of data or credits after withdrawal.

5. YouTube API Services Agreement

Our service integrates with YouTube API Services to allow you to upload and manage video contents directly on YouTube.

• By using TubeAI, including its YouTube API features, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

• If you do not agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, you must not connect your YouTube channel to our service.
