Refund Policy

English translation · 한국어 정식판

Effective Date: October 17, 2026

Last Revised: October 27, 2026

This policy sets out the withdrawal and refund rules for paid products of TubeAI (https://tubeai.org, the “Service”), operated by Wekorea (the “Company”). It forms part of the Terms of Service. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service and the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (the “E-Commerce Act”), the Content Industry Promotion Act, and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

Please read before purchasing the Master membership

  • The Master membership is a closed, paid membership (digital content / knowledge and information product) that discloses internal features, usage methods and know-how only to paying members.
  • If you request within 7 days of payment and have not accessed or used any member-only feature or material, you receive a full refund.
  • Once you access a member-only screen, run a feature, view material, or use credits, withdrawal (refund) is restricted from that point (Article 7).
  • The membership is not a free trial to be returned after use. Please check the introduction and pricing pages (Article 5) before paying.
  • If the Company is at fault (service discontinuation, content different from what was displayed or advertised, etc.), you are refunded in accordance with law regardless of access or use (Article 8).
  • We are currently in beta. If an error occurs during use, we return the credits it cost you, and refund you if it cannot be fixed and it is clear you can no longer use the feature (Article 8-2).

Article 1. Purpose and Scope

  1. This policy sets out the conditions and procedures for withdrawal, termination and refund of the Master membership (lifetime access), other passes, and credit top-ups sold by the Company (“Paid Products”).
  2. It applies to all Paid Products regardless of payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.). Card payments are processed in an external payment provider's checkout, and the actual timing of cancellation and repayment may depend on the provider and card issuer.
  3. This policy applies to Paid Products purchased on or after the effective date. Article 15 governs purchases made before that date.

Article 2. Definitions

  1. Master membership (lifetime access): the right, acquired by a one-time payment, to use Master member-only features and materials without a usage period limit for as long as the Company operates the Service. External AI engine costs are charged separately in credits.
  2. Member-only features and materials: Service screens and features opened only to members with Master access (video planning, scripting, production, editing, rendering, automated production, uploading, channel management, etc.), and information and materials disclosed only to members, such as usage methods, operating know-how, settings, guides, lectures, templates, examples and automation setups.
  3. Access or use: any of the acts listed in Article 7(1).
  4. Withdrawal: cancelling a purchase and receiving the price back under Article 17 of the E-Commerce Act.
  5. Paid credits: credits purchased by the member.
  6. Free credits: credits granted by the Company without charge as membership benefits (e.g., the Master monthly bonus), events or compensation.
  7. Payment date: for card payments, the date the payment is approved; for bank transfers, the date the Company confirms the deposit and applies Master access.

Article 3. Nature of the Master Membership

  1. The Master membership is a closed, paid membership service that discloses the Service's internal features and their usage methods and know-how only to paying members.
  2. It is digital content under the E-Commerce Act and the Content Industry Promotion Act, and a knowledge and information product (digital content usage service). Its core value lies in the right to actually use the features and in usage methods and operating know-how not disclosed to the public.
  3. “Lifetime” means there is no separate usage period limit while the Company operates the Service; it does not refer to the member's lifetime. Article 8 governs service discontinuation.
  4. The membership may be used only by the member and may not be transferred, lent, shared or pledged.

Article 4. Value of Information and Know-how Once Viewed

  1. Once member-only information and know-how is viewed, the member knows its content; it cannot be returned to the Company or restored to its prior state. Viewed content can be reused at any time through memory, notes, screenshots or copies, so the Company cannot recover its value even if it is “returned”.
  2. When a member-only feature is run, the output and experience pass to the member immediately, and external engine costs and server resources are actually consumed.
  3. For these reasons, the Company restricts withdrawal after the supply of digital content has begun under Article 17(2)(5) of the E-Commerce Act, and, under Article 17(6), clearly displays this restriction on the payment screen and in this policy before payment and provides an opportunity to check the product before paying (Article 5).

Article 5. What You Can Check Before Paying (Before Payment)

Before paying, members can check the membership in the following ways. The member-only know-how itself is not disclosed during this pre-purchase check.

  1. Introduction and pricing pages: the list of included features, descriptions and screen examples for each feature, the price (including whether VAT is included), the fact that credits are charged separately, bonus credit conditions, and features planned to open.
  2. Pre-purchase inquiries: members may ask about feature scope, environment and credit costs through 1:1 support before paying, and the Company answers to the extent that does not disclose the know-how itself.
  3. Notice and consent on the payment screen: the payment screen states that withdrawal is restricted once access or use begins, and the member must confirm and tick the consent boxes before proceeding to payment. The Company records the time of consent and the version of the consent text.

Article 6. Withdrawal with Full Refund

  1. A member may withdraw within 7 days of the payment date if, after Master access was applied, the member has not accessed or used any member-only feature or material, and the Company refunds the full price.
  2. Upon such withdrawal, Master access and any free credits granted as membership benefits are revoked.
  3. Duplicate charges or charges in an incorrect amount are refunded in full for the duplicate or excess amount, regardless of time or use.

Article 7. When Withdrawal Is Restricted (Criteria for Access or Use)

  1. If, after Master access is applied, the member does any one of the following, the supply of member-only digital content is deemed to have begun and withdrawal is not available under Article 17(2)(5) of the E-Commerce Act:
    1. Access: entering a menu or screen opened only to Master members (production studio, editor, automated production, channel management, etc.)
    2. Running a feature: running any member-only feature at least once (generating plans or scripts, producing, editing or rendering video, starting automated production, scheduling uploads or posts, using channel integration, etc.), including runs that fail or are cancelled midway
    3. Viewing materials: viewing, playing or downloading member-only materials such as usage methods, know-how, guides, lectures, templates, examples or settings
    4. Using credits: using 1 or more credits, paid or free
    5. Using outputs: downloading outputs made with member-only features or publishing them to external channels
  2. The following are not treated as access or use: logging in, viewing the main screen, My Page, payment and pass screens, credit history, customer support (1:1 inquiry), notices, and policy pages such as the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and this Refund Policy.
  3. Access or use is determined from records on the Company's servers (account access logs, feature run and job records, material view records, and credit usage history). On request, the Company tells the member the gist of the records relied on (date/time and the screen or feature name). The member may show that a recorded act was not the member's own (e.g., account takeover), and the Company will review it in good faith.
  4. The Master membership is not a free trial to be returned if unsatisfying after use. Withdrawals and refunds based on a simple change of mind after checking or using member-only features and know-how — such as “it is not what I expected”, “I already learned what I needed”, “I have no time to use it” or “I decided to use another service” — are not accepted. Please use the methods in Article 5 before paying.
  5. This Article does not limit Article 8 (Company responsibility) or Article 6(3) (duplicate or excess charges).

Article 8. Refunds Due to the Company's Responsibility

In the following cases, members may withdraw or receive a refund in accordance with law regardless of access or use.

  1. Different from what was displayed or advertised: if the membership differs from what was displayed or advertised, or is performed differently from the contract, the member may withdraw within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of the date the member knew or could have known of it (Article 17(3) of the E-Commerce Act). Features labelled “coming soon” follow the schedule and conditions displayed.
  2. Service discontinuation: if the Company discontinues the entire Service for its own reasons, such as closing the business, it will post a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the end date and notify members individually. The Master membership will then be refunded for the portion that can no longer be used, according to the standards set by law and Fair Trade Commission notices (such as the Content User Protection Guidelines), and remaining paid credits will be refunded without the fee in Article 11(3).
  3. Discontinuation of key features: if the Company permanently removes key features of the membership without an alternative so that its purpose can no longer be achieved, item 2 applies mutatis mutandis. If some features change due to policy changes of external engine or platform providers, the Company will try to provide similar alternatives.
  4. Outages: if the Service cannot be used normally for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company restores credits that failed or were wrongly charged as a result, and grants compensation credits or compensates for damages depending on the extent of harm. Members may separately claim damages under law.
  5. Delayed supply: if a bank transfer has been confirmed but Master access is not applied for reasons on the Company's side, the member may withdraw and the Company refunds in full.

Article 8-2. Handling Errors During the Beta

  1. The Company operates the Service as a beta until its official launch. During the beta, the Master membership is sold below the planned launch price, and the end of the beta will be announced before it takes effect.
  2. If an error occurs during use, the Company fixes it and restores credits that failed or were wrongly deducted because of the error.
  3. If an error cannot be fixed and it is clear that the member can no longer use key features of the membership, a refund is made under Article 8(3). “Clear” means the Company has stated that it cannot fix the error, or it has not fixed the error or provided an alternative within 30 days of receiving the member's report.
  4. Being in beta does not reduce the member's rights under Article 6 (withdrawal) or Article 8 (refunds due to the Company's responsibility).
  5. This Article also applies to members who have already purchased the Master membership.

Article 9. Termination for Violation of the Terms

  1. If the Company restricts use or terminates the contract under the Terms of Service because the member did any of the following, the price of a Master membership whose supply has begun is not refunded:
    1. sharing the account with others, or transferring, lending or selling it
    2. copying, recording or capturing member-only materials, know-how, settings or screens without permission and leaking, distributing or posting them externally
    3. reselling member-only materials or features, as-is or modified, as lectures, consulting, e-books, agency services, etc.
    4. bulk-collecting materials with automated tools, or reverse engineering or circumventing the Service
    5. payment fraud, use of another person's payment method, or abuse of improper chargebacks
  2. In such cases, free credits granted as membership benefits are revoked, and remaining paid credits are handled under Article 11. The Company may separately claim damages arising from the violation.
  3. Before restricting use or terminating, the Company informs the member of the reason and gives an opportunity to explain. If the violation is clear and harm is likely to grow, the Company may restrict first and notify afterwards.

Article 10. Termination (Withdrawal) by the Member

  1. Members may delete their account at any time from My Page > Settings > Delete account, or terminate the membership contract or delete their account through customer support (1:1 inquiry).
  2. If a member terminates for their own reasons after access or use has begun, the Master membership price is not refunded because the information and know-how that form its core value have already been provided. However, if laws or Fair Trade Commission notices set more favorable standards for members, those standards apply.
  3. Upon termination or account deletion, free credits expire, and remaining paid credits are refunded under Article 11 if requested before deletion. After deletion your credit balance becomes zero and cannot be restored, so request any paid-credit refund and download the outputs you need before deleting your account.

Article 11. Credit Refunds

Credits are the means of paying external AI engine costs and are governed separately from the Master membership.

  1. Unused within 7 days: a top-up that is entirely unused within 7 days of purchase is refunded in full.
  2. Free credits: free credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred.
  3. Remaining paid credits: after the period in item 1, or if part has been used, the member may request a refund of the amount corresponding to remaining paid credits minus a 10% refund fee. Remaining paid credits are calculated from payment records, treating free credits as used first in the member's favor. No fee is charged for refunds due to the Company's responsibility.
  4. System error restoration: credits wrongly deducted due to system errors are restored after verification. If it is not visible in your credit history, please contact support.
  5. Automatic refund on job failure or cancellation: if an AI job fails or is cancelled, credits deducted or reserved for it are returned automatically and shown in your credit history. For features that show an estimate and reserve credits before starting, the actual usage is settled afterwards and any remainder is returned.
  6. Credits already used: credits used for jobs that completed normally are not refunded because the output was unsatisfying. AI outputs can differ each time even under the same conditions.

Article 12. How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a billing inquiry via My Page > Customer Support (1:1 inquiry), or email support@tubeai.org.
  2. Please include: your account email, payment date, payment method (order number or receipt for card payments; depositor name for bank transfers), reason, and an account in your own name for bank transfer refunds.
  3. A withdrawal takes effect on the date the written notice reaches the Company.

Article 13. Processing Time and Method

Payment methodRefund methodProcessing time
Card (external checkout)Cancellation request to the payment providerRequest within 3 business days after approval; posting takes 3–7 business days depending on the issuer
Bank transferTransfer to an account in the member's nameWithin 3 business days after approval
  1. The Company reviews a request and replies within 3 business days of receipt.
  2. If the Company delays repayment without justifiable reason, it pays the late-payment compensation prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of the E-Commerce Act for the delayed period.
  3. For foreign-currency payments, the amount received in your currency may differ due to exchange rates and provider or issuer fees. The Company refunds based on the amount in the original payment currency.
  4. Once a refund is approved, the access and benefits of the product are revoked.

Article 14. Purchases by Minors

If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract. This does not apply if the minor deceived others into believing the minor was an adult or had consent, or if the payment was within the allowance the guardian permitted the minor to spend.

Article 15. Application to Existing Purchases

This policy applies to Paid Products purchased on or after the effective date (October 17, 2026). Products purchased before that date are governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 16. Dispute Resolution

  1. Please contact customer support first with any complaint or dispute about refunds; we will discuss it in good faith.
  2. If not resolved, members may seek consultation or mediation from the Korea Consumer Agency (1372), the Content Dispute Resolution Committee (www.kcdrc.kr) or the Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee (www.ecmc.or.kr).
  3. This policy is interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
